A great team and a fun place to buy a car I came out with the mini of my dreams which was already in a giant parking lot. What fun to go around and choose the right vehicle, or I could have built one myself. I was serviced by Mariah, who was very helpful and answered all my questions.
A great home for the mighty Mini! It could not be any friendlier than it is. Everyone is always so nice and fun to chat with. .The place itself is very clean and cheerful!

Nice employees / Nice customer service I just bought a car from Mini of Stevens Creek; I'm very pleased with the service and the employees here. Great service My husband and I were shopping for a used Mini and were helped immediately when we walked into the dealership. No pressure was put on us to buy a car or to pick a certain one on the lot. We were comfortable the entire time from test driving to sitting in the finance office. This was by far the best car buying experience we've had.

Great Buying Experience The staff at MINI of Steven Creek are amazing. They made the whole process of ordering a custom MINI seamless. The level of communication was outstanding, as I would receive updates for all stages of the build of my new car. They were also fair on valuing my trade in, making the process even easier for me. I would definitely recommend them again to any family or friends I have. I worked with Jeff, and he was knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Great service, communication and experience I brought my 2012 Mini Cooper in for a few issues and regular service. Trent was an awesome service advisor and was really great explaining what was covered and what was not. He suggested some things that were not covered but never put the hard sell on me for them. Great Service at Mini Cooper Santa Clara Robert was great. He was really nice to work with.The whole staff were all very helpful.I noticed a small star in the windshield after I got the car home and they took care of it with no hassle or questions. I would recommend Mini Cooper in Santa Clara and ask for Robert.
