Great experience ! Calen was an exceptional help! The communication was the best Ive ever experienced from any mechanic/dealership. He let me know exactly what was going and and when it was going on. I live in Bend, but if I ever need service on my mini again I will definitely be coming to Portland instead of our local mechanic. Exceptional service and always with a smile! I worked with Trent to get my 2013 Cooper S dropped off to get my charge pipes upgraded with a kit I purchased from FTP Motorsport. Mini of Portland typically does not do work or installation if after market parts but are testing the waters. Culver was able to get me scheduled and Ed checked me in the morning of and was able to get an oil change in and a coolant flush as well. Always excellent service I have dealt with MINI of Portland for years, and have yet to have a less than exemplary experience. I like to wait while my car is being serviced, and the lounge area is very comfortable.
Can I answer YES and NO to my service experience? I will always choose Culver Patterson to be my Service Adviser (Beaverton, OR) if I have a choice. He is professional and personable; he's known me for many years with me owning my 2009 Mini and up to now, with my 2017 "Chestnut" Countryman. There were a few SNAFUs during my 30,000 mile visit on 10/1/2019. I made an appointment, yet sat in your waiting room for over four hours. Thank goodness I took the day off of work.
