Great experience & great staff Zach Ruhs was our sales person and was great to work with. He was genuine & honest about everything. He was also very funny & we enjoyed sharing stories and jokes with him through the whole experience. Loved my experience Made buying my first car easy and stress free! Super quick and efficient with communication, and I felt Krista was honest, and real with her offers and completing the deal! I even bought from out of town, and Krista drove the car to me just to make it happen for me!!! I'm so happy with my beautiful Toyota 4Runner! They were super knowledgeable about my car, even though they are a mini-cooper dealership! An awesome experience!!

Replaced battery and now all is well Installed a new battery and performed programming. Calen also gave me an update on some maintenance that should be done for my 2003 mini. Ill be following up to have them do the work.

Smooth and pleasant I bought my first Mini at Mini of Portland in 2005. When it came time to buy a new Countryman, it was the first dealership I called. Krista went the extra mile to ensure that the mini I wanted to buy was held for me until I could get to Portland from Seattle. She was a pleasure to deal with. She prepared in advance to make the sales process go quickly with no surprises. Mini of Portland has earned my business. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Pleasant to work with Overall, my experience with preventive maintenance/service at Mini of Portland is very good. Customer service reps have always been pleasant to work with, and service is performed in a reasonable amount of time. Customer waiting area is comfortable - ample seating, wifi, outlets, tv, drinks, snacks.
