Factory recall Took car in to have a factory recall addressed, Mini 0f Portland were fast, efficient and very personable making me feel welcome and important to them. They completed the work very quickly and I picked the car up just a few hours later, spotlessly clean both inside and out.
Mini service Everyone helpful. Ivan and Culver able to describe and inform well so i can understand. I like a sense of humor when interacting with people and would go to mini of portland even if it wasn't the only dealer in oregon.

Happy With the Service They were prepared when I showed up, pleasant to work with, smoothly transitioned form a while-you-wait oil change to adding diagnostics for a check engine light which came on the morning of my appointment, and even gave me a loaner while they worked on my car, which was done so quickly I could have waited anyway. To be clear, it was the correct call to offer the loaner and send me on my way, as diagnostics are understandably an unknown quantity and could have taken longer.
