Love Mini! I bought my Mini in 2015 with a gentleman whos not aggressive like any salesman. I got to test drive with a few mini before I found I love. Its a fun car. I love the service which its very convenient.
Consistently outstanding service! Mini of Portland consistently provides great service, clear explainations of what needs to be addressed (and what can wait), and the staff are wonderfully friendly. Wouldnt take my car anywhere else.
Very gratifying BMW provided the financing opportunity but the dealership was stellar top to bottom........everyone from the sales people to the kid who was cutting the grass were polite deferential and provided an outstanding buying experience. Both my daughter and I got new Mini's and it was the smoothest buying experience I've ever had.

Mini of Portland service department I dealt with Ed in the service department. He was extremely nice and extremely knowledgeable about my Mini Cooper. He spent a good deal of time with me explaining everything about my repair and he answered al my questions. He was the best service department representative I have ever dealt with in my 40 years of owning and servicing all my cars and trucks. Thank you Ed.
Car purchase I will be returning to Mini of Portland for my next used car. My salesman Lance did an awesome job in keeping me in the loop on a car I was looking at and even came in on his day off to sell me the car. He made the whole process easy. Thank you Lance I love my car
