great service got me in the day after i called. nice loaner car. friendly staff. quick turnaround. all in all a great experience!
a much improved experience the service itself takes much longer than many other places. but unlike my last visit i was given assistance and signed in immediately upon arrival and not just left to stand by the door waiting around for someone to get around to me. a much, much better experience this time.

Mini Service A more comfortable and aesthetically pleasing waiting area would be nice. Vehicles being driven by ones chair doesnt cut it.
Calen showed my 2013 Countryman S the love My guy at the computer check in, Calen, was awesome. Seemed to know his stuff, listened and explained clearly with detail and not in a demeaning way. He also had a personality and seemed to love to drive MINIs. Now, the gal that met me when I pulled up was clearly young and has a way to go on her customer service and in the detail of doing her job...of course I would walk around the loaner BEFORE leaving with it...not according her her.
