Love the way it drives, love how comfortable the seats are. All the new technology is wonderful and the stereo sounds great. The bluetooth phone system is crystal clear on both ends and syncs up immediately. The controls in the center are easy to use and provides a very good hands free environment. MINI Repair I had a couple of known issues with extended warranties from MINI, and one issue not covered- MINI had no problem applying the warranties, which so far seem to have fixed my issues. The other issue was a "comfort access" driver door problem. Fancy, and I love it, but expensive repair, and did't want to mess with myself. Mini did all repairs in less time that promised, great service at time of drop-off and pick up, rides to and from dealer. All very good, communication was great.
Great service Staff are amazing like always! Loaner was clean and ready to go when I got there. Staff kept me updated with status on my car. I love that they text the updates. When I picked up my car it was nicely washed and vacuumed thats always a plus!! Prices are what I expected. I recommend mini of Portland to anyone.
Bradley in Sales I had the best experience ever leasing my mini all wheel. Bradley was totally on top of things. First we did the signing then she covered all details related to the car itself. Then I went in for another excellent experience with the finance man.
