Oil change I have lifetime oil changes. Routine service. But I do like that they was my car and vacuum it out!!
Bought a MiniK Every person I met asked and offered assistance. Soft sell. Only downside was finding a customer parking spot. Sales lady (Krista) very knowledgeable and helpful.
Service visit 8/11/2018 Revisions/remodel to the facility greatly improve showroom and customer waiting facilities. Open look to the vehicle reception area as well as the work bays actually inspire confidence as you can view the entire service process. I was treated as though I was a special customer. All service customers I observed were treated in the same manner.
Fast service on my new MIn's first visit. Really fast on my first service visit. I expected two hours, but it was done in just over an our, and was sparkly clean to boot! Thank you Ivan and all.
Repair of heater/AC fan Ivan was fantastic to work with. The technicians did a fantastic job with the repairs. I will continue to take my roadster to Mini of Portland for repairs and maintenance!
