6000 mile service visit nice facilities - quite comfortable Check in was a bit of a wait and unorganized. One on one interactions were very satisfactory: informative and courteous. I had not been informed of a recall item needing service time, so I will need to schedule another visit to take care of it. If I'd known about it I would have planned my schedule around having it done this time- poor communication on Mini's part.
Mini Cooper Saga My 16 yr old Went in with a blown engine after only 53000 miles on this vehicle owing $5000 . Left Mini Cooper of Portland with a brand new engine and a car that runs like a dream. The cost to us was under $ 400 related to a timing belt issue that was completely honored. We are overjoyed and incredibly impressed with Ivan and Ingrid who where our champions at Mini Cooper. We were going to sell the car but have now decided to keep it knowing we will be well taken care of by mini in the future!

Always a great service experience I was not expecting a loaner car, and was thrilled to get a 2018 model! What a great convenience for me, as I thought I'd need to use Uber while my car was being repaired.
One year service Great service. They were ready for and were done earlier than I expected. Great wash job too.
Another Awesome Experience I made my service appt. via the MINi of Portland website. Everything worked perfectly. They emailed and texted me reminders. Upon arrival we were greeted and the Service Advisor went over the work to be done. At one point the Service Technician came out to ask a few questions. Everyone very professional.
