Mini recall and service I had via text messages scheduled a routine service. The service advisor called and said my Mini was on the bearing recall and they would do it when I dropped off my Mini. I live 230 miles from the dealership so service timing is important to me. I was told that the time needed would be depended upon the inspection and I would have a loaner car available so I could return to my home. Wipers gone awry All of the service personnel were extremely efficient and my car was ready when they said it would be, completely fixed! The wipers had been squeaking for some time and they had to do some serious adjusting to get them aligned. It wasn't the wipers themselves. They knew exactly what to do. I was given a loaner for several hours to run some errands while the car was being repaired. That is always so helpful since it took a couple of hours.
