Amazing service and fast! It's always stressful dealing with car issues or normal checks, but with Mini of Portland they exude this issue! Always nice to come in and get a cup of coffee. This time I didn't have to wait for a long time, and their lounge waiting area is great.

Replace battery I really like the new process for reviewing and approving service. Rachael (sp?) did a really nice job keeping me informed as well. My only issue is that I live in Happy Valley so getting to Mini is a bit of a pain.
