Can't complain! No one likes bringing the car in for service, but Mini of Portland makes it palatable, mostly because the people are quite nice. I waited for the service and finished in less time than projected!
Another Great Experience This was my third visit to the dealership and this time I opted to wait for my Mini. The experience couldn't have been more pleasant. I took advantage of the free WIFI and coffee and was able to find a quiet space and work. It felt more like a coffee shop then a auto dealership. The service advisor keep me updated and I was out the door on time and my car washed. Love this place.
Happy customer Very happy as I showed up 2 days early. I screwed up my appointment was for Thursday not Tuesday. Rachel said we will work you in and it would take most of the day. She called me a bit later and said we we're ahead of schedule and that I needed 2 tires so I said to do it. My mini was finished early with all thing's complete. First Mini service Service was prompt, correct, complete. Dealer provided Uber ride to and from home. J Happy camper.
amazing experience at Mini of Portland I had an engine light come on. Went over to Mini, they discovered a misfire triggered the error code. They were able to fix the problem by just cleaning the spark plugs and coils. Although I had approved up to an hour of labor they didn't charge me for their time to diagnose and take care of the problem. They also replaced a couple burned out light bulbs and only charged me for the cost of the bulbs. I've had good experience with them over many years, but this was completely unexpected ... read more
Clutch Renewal $$$ Raychel coordinated my service and did a great job of keeping me informed. Though it was very expensive, clutch renewal cost $2,800, I am reluctant to take my MINI anywhere else.

MINI of Portland review We found the perfect used Mini Cooper S on their website which is very user friendly and informative.
