Mini Battery Change On my first trip in to get this addressed, I was provided some bad guidance how it would all be handled and had to end up scheduling an appointment. The appointment went very well, and I was provided a 10% discount due to the trouble I had on the first trip in. Also had two lightbulbs replaced. And, during a routine inspection, it was discovered that the serpentine belt was worn and should be replaced. All of this was handled in the same appointment, and all still completed on time. 2015 Countryman service Service was excellent as always. Coming from out of town, I generally wait at the dealership for normal scheduled services - they always make every effort to get me in and out in a timely manner.
Purchase of my 2017 Mini I wanted to purchase a new Mini. I had researched my choice on line and came to the dealership with a printout on the options I desired on that vehicle. I discussed the options with a salesperson and ordered my vehicle. I then waited for it to arrive and traded my 2013 Mini in on it. I am very satisfied with the new Mini Clubman.
Emergency tire repair on a Saturday: I leased this car from Mini of Portland. The original transaction was smooth and professional. I had a flat tire and they were able to replace it without much notice. I truly was impressed with the amount of care that was given to me. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
Petersen - review of service The service people at Mini of Portland are exceptional. They treated me personally despite the number of cars they were attending to. The facility expansion plans can't come soon enough. My only "complaint" for lack of a less harsh word is the phone system, it's not designed with the latest contact center technology and options to handle a high volume of calls. Overall it's a great dealership.
my new Countryman the staff was great. Working with Ana was especially nice. She kept in touch with me via text and email during my whole buying process, even texting me photos of my new Countryman after it had its custom stripes done!
