Nice Folks To Deal With! Purchased a 2016 Clubman which included trading in a near new vehicle. The Clubman fits our lifestyle exactly, unlike our trade-in. Our purchase experience was very comfortable even though the process was quite lengthy. Our sales consultant and finance officer were both on top of things. We would have given all items 5 stars except that we don't much like extended hagling over $ and we found the facility to be a bit cramped. However, all things considered, we were pleasantly surprised.

Service appointment The employees of Mini of PDX have always been friendly, knowledgable and professional. Again, with this service visit, they held true to form. Our only moment of discomfort was during the shuttle trip back to the dealership when the Uber driver made a questionable and potentially dangerous move in traffic.

He is my "go to guy" He was able to get me in at a time and day +that worked perfect for me. I live 230 miles from the dealership so it is not an simple thing to arrange..
