"Service" Service was exceptional. Danielle was fantastic getting me checked in and out timely. Car was well taken care of by mechanics as well. Definitely recommend this dealership.

"Speedy Service" Once again I have nothing but great things to say about dealing with the Mini of Monmouth service staff. I had water in my trunk area and as soon as I called and spoke to Danielle she immediately had me come in and the problem was taken care of. When I brought my car to the dealership Kevin Fitzgerald greeted me and took care of my problem. He was a pleasure to deal with.
"Service" Great service, highly professional and customer oriented. Friendly, knowledgeable and first rate dealership. Would recommend to all. Purchase two cars and they are not pushy, work with your best interest. Service department is the best!!!

Danielle is a pleasure to deal with,after a scheduling conflict on she quickly informed me and rescheduled my appointment, and was given a loaner to make my life easier. The only negative if anything can be a negative is in the past my car was washed after service was completed this time it wasn't. I figured it was a busy day at the dealership, it really was ok because it forced me to exercise I had to wash my car myself. 😁
