"Honest Dealership" I had an extremely positive experience with this dealership. I had bought a 2016 Mini as a second car (from an auto broker) and brought the car in for servicing and an overall "check". Kevin Fitzgerald could have told me I needed anything from soup to nuts but was honest with the condition of the car. He told me I didn't even need my oil changed yet. I am grateful for his honesty and professionalism. When it is time to trade my 2016 Mini in for another this is the dealership I will buy from.

"Last-minute service request " Danielle is truly a pleasure to work with. Her get-it-done, confident approach always leave me feeling like my car is in good hands and that she will manage the service to my satisfaction. She’s always accommodating and has a real loyalty to her clients... I know this as I’m almost thru my second 3-year lease and Danielle is largely why I bring my business to Mini of Monmouth. She takes an interest, is so competent and cares.

"New Spark Plugs" Every time we come into Mini of Monmouth, whether it’s for routine matnience or we have a bigger fix or concern, the staff is always helpful, fast, and very kind, making it a pleasure to work with them. They go above and beyond to give you the best experience they can, and make the time spent there easy. My family is often telling people that Mini of Monmouth has the BEST service and we will continue to do so. Thanks guys!

"The Best There Is!" When it has come to dealerships that I have done business with over a period of thirty years, I have NEVER met a team as efficient and as pleasant as everyone at MINI of Monmouth. When it comes to service, well Danielle and Kevin make we the customer feel special and well taken care of. I just love them!!

"24k mile oil change" I've had no issues with my Mini and this device was more evidence of the commitment Mini has for their customers. No problems, professional employees and timely service is what you can expect.

"Excellent service" I recently had an issue with my mini and I couldn't have been more pleased by the outcome. Danielle was my service advisor and she handled everything in a very professional yet friendly manner. She explained everything to me and when I picked up the car it had been cleaned and vacuumed. You don't find that type of attention at most dealerships. I will definitely be returning to Mini of Monmouth for all my service needs. Thank you!

"No Worries!" Mini of Monmouth is a most accommodating dealership. Service is more important than the purchase and these guys understand that. It is true and so are they. YOU can count on Kevin to get the job done!

"Excellent Service-the absolute best!" From the time our lease started (July, 2016) until now, we could not have had better service from Kevin and Danielle. Always friendly, accommodating, very competent at their jobs. Absolutely, the best service we have had in our 35+ years of dealing with car dealerships! And Grant is the best service manager we've came across as well!

"Gotta love this dealership!" Love this dealership! From sales to service, can’t beat it. No waiting at all during vehicle drop off. My loaner was all ready for me. Simple in & out. I’ve waited a long time at other high end dealerships. Had hassles at free service rentals, waiting for their rental service. Also had to wait a month at another dealership for an appointment. Mini of Monmouth got me in right away. This was smooth as silk!
