We bought a used Mini in 2005 and were impressed with the people we dealt with and the Dealership (Northwest Mini). We came back, when we decided to buy a new car, because we were very satisfied with the way we were treated the first time. A consumer buys a product because its quality and price, he or she buys it from a dealership because of the PEOPLE. We came back to the same dealership because of the people. Mike and Liz Mickelson

This was by far the best experience we have had with buying a new car. Everyone made it so relaxing, unlike any of our other high pressured sales experiences. When we left there we felt completely satisfied with our purchase.

Diane and Will went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Diane's casualness and humor was a breath of fresh air and much appreciated. We will gladly be returning customers in the future.

Wow, I don't even know where to start. I showed up on a Sunday before they opened and it was raining. When all of the sudden the clouds parted the sun shone down on the most incredible "little" car i've seen in a long time. You get the picture. It was raining and it started to let up for a minute so i got out of my car and saw my new car. I wanted to buy a new MINI and I contacted several dealerships. Tim Fletcher at Northwest Mini was the most responsive and helpful of all the sales staff I talked with. I ended up buying my MINI from him and it was a great experience. I live a few hours away from any MINI dealer, so I flew to SEATAC airport to pick up my new car, and Tim even picked me up at the airport and drove me down to the dealership. Northwest Mini is an easy place to purchase a vehicle. No high pressure sales, just friendly employees who seem knowledgeable about the vehicles on their lot (which is not true of all dealerships). Rocky, Will, and Shane were very easy to work with and I would absolutely recommend Northwest Mini to anyone. I will certainly be going back if/when I purchase my next Mini.

I had a great experience going to NW MINI! From Tim Fletcher's first contact with me on the phone, to test drivng, and finally signing on my Mini, this has been the best dealer experience I've ever had. Tim was great to work with! He took time on the phone to talk with me about what I was looking for in a new car and talking to me about the MINI. He set up an appointment for a test drive. Rocky was excellent in giving information so we could make our vehicle purchase decision. We are very happy with the car. Rocky, Eddie and Diane were wonderful and easy to work with. And we love Mini being dog friendly. I can see many years of our relationship being pleasant.
