My wife and I strolled in an hour before closing and the sales person already had the car we wanted to see pulled up the front. The sales person and retail manager were highly professional, very friendly, and low pressure. I can't say enough good things about everyone at the dealership. So helpful and friendly and you felt that they really cared about you. You could tell everyone loved everything MINI and it was contagious. Never felt pressured as I have at other dealerships. Just an all around fabulous group to deal with.
The ladies at MINI of Ann Arbor treated us like family. We'd had a bad experience with another dealer but, from the moment we walked in the door at MOAA, we knew they were different. We didn't have a "salesperson"....everyone there helped make our experience an outstanding one. There is a dealer closer to our home, but I will continue to take my new MINI to MOAA for her service needs. It's worth the extra miles, because they go the extra mile! This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had - bar none. I had contact with Alexis, Chris, CJ, Corky, Greg, Sarah & Sue during the pre-sale, sale and delivery process. Everyone was very happy and helpful in answering my questions, there was never any pressure and I am excited to now to be driving my new Cooper S Hardtop.
