I knew exactly what I wanted and Joan wang worked very hard to match my desires to the inventory and price. Everyone was easy to work with and I came away with the truck I wanted at a price I was happy with.

The service at this dealership has greatly improved since it opened. I can finally recommend this dealership after my most recent service experience (my past visits were unfortunately unfavorable). My service advisor, Mike, said the dealership is under new ownership and it shows. Mike was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and best of all, honest.
Recently bought a used Mini from Chris Corwin and Joan Wang. What a great team! They both know their stuff, very friendly, and not pushy. Very relaxing car shopping experience.
Everyone was very patient and helpful. They even stayed after hours for us to secure financing and process paperwork. I really like how everyone worked together like a well oiled machine, with a personal touch. I look forward to dealing with them for my next MINI.
All the employees clearly love these cars! Service there was phenomenal and so friendly. That became one of the defining factors for me deciding to come back and purchase a MINI, and now I'm hooked! I recently purchased a 2016 Mini-Cooper. This was no simple matter, since I wanted a car "made to order". I reached out to Mark Buckland at Mini of Ann Arbor, and promptly received a reply.
