I bought my 2015 Mini Cooper hardtop 4 door last fall, and just brought it in for service today. Chris in sales went above and beyond and made the whole process so easy! And Chris in service was so helpful. These guys would get 6 stars if I could!

The staff helped me to find the right replacement for my recently totaled mini. After test driving a couple, CJ came up with the perfect replacement. They took time out of their day to actually sit down and talk over what I needed and helped me find the perfect mini cooper just for me. This is the second time I have purchased a mini from this dealership, and I will continue to go back. They are wonderful, helpful and all around delightful people to work with.

I visited MINI of Ann Arbor recently for a simple service related issue. I first spoke with Mike Delaney to confirm my appointment and once I walked in I was greeted with a pleasant smile and by Mike and another service member. They quickly got my car ready and in for service area while I waited in their quaint waiting area which was appointed with a couple of computers as well as snacks and a television to pass the time. This was my first time at this dealer. I was there with my 2013 Roaster S. When I drove up to where the service door, the door opened and I drove right in, Now That Is Service. When I approached the service counter everyone there had pleasant attitudes and were very accommodating. The whole experience of buying my Mini Cooper 2Dr Hardtop S was wonderful! Everyone I met at the dealership was so nice and no uncomfortable "hard sell" tactics. We were very impressed with the people at Mini of Ann Arbor. Sue Wilk and CJ Johnson of the sales team were easy on the sales approach, but very enthusiastic about the vehicles. They made the car buying process so easy and fun. Sue found the exact car we wanted at a nearby dealer and had it delivered in a day. We had a good time with John in Finance as well. Overall we would recommend this dealership as a great place to buy a car.

The people that work at this dealership were not overly pushy and very laid back. In a good way. From Sue our salesperson to James in finance. Everyone was very friendly and did not try to push anything on us.

I walked into the dealership at 6pm on a Monday evening with the intention of test driving a used car in their inventory and walked out two hours later with the keys in hand. I was interested in trading in my previous car and they valued it while I was out for the test drive.
