"Good Car!" In the early 70s I was stationed at RAF Lakenheath...A lot the air men had Minis, I was scared to death to ride in them...So when we went to look at them I didn't expect much...But I fell in love with the Mini...My 2015 Mini Coppers S is a fantastic car...Great handling, acceleration and performance...The car is in great shape for a preowned...If my experience is a good one, my wife will buy one in the future...

"I highly recommend Mini of Ann Arbor" I am extremely pleased with my recent purchase from Mini of Ann Arbor. Jesse very was helpful and knowledgeable. The dealership had a decent inventory for me to choose from with very competitive pricing. I would recommend Mini of Ann Arbor to everyone interested in experiencing a Mini Cooper.

"Awesome from start to finish" Kristen, what can we say? We selected a few vehicles, called your dealership, drove 3 hours, picked a vehicle to drive, selected the vehicle to purchase, all with one incredibly kind knowledgeable person....Kristen. Deal done. Financing done. Q and A done. Dinner suggestion done. A couple hours later we were driving off to our hotel for the night with our Mini. We’d give her and Ann Arbor Mini 10 stars if we could!!!!!

"My used car buying experience was a pleasant experience" All of my inquiries were quickly addressed and Jesse was very helpful. My appointment was easy to make and the car was ready for review and a test drive when I arrived. The price on the vehicle I purchased was more than fair and I was able to drive off the lot the same day. Mini of Ann Arbor arranged the financing and registration. Great car, great price, and the entire process was efficient and easy.

"Great experience, great people." Jesse Peters was my salesman and Jason Brinkman was his manager and both were a pleasure to deal with. I received prompt calls back and they answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Jesse to anyone I know.

"Easiest car buying experience!" Jonathan made this the easiest car buying experience! He helped me narrow my choices quickly based on my budget and needs, and we were on the road quickly trying different models. When I called later that day to say I wanted the car, he was able to get me out the door just as fast. My Mini Clubman is everything I thought it would be and more!

"Never had hat happen before! Thanks MINI!" I got a great deal on a 4 year old Countryman last year, which included an extended warranty and a service plan to keep my car in great shape for years. But a week ago, my indicators stopped working. The next day, no indicators, no windows - and of course, discovered during very rainy foggy weather. I suspected an electronics/computer problem, and when I brought it in the next day, Joe in service got me the diagnosis - a bad "foot module". And it was wet. He said he'd have to check... read more
