We had an excellent experience buying a Mini Cooper Clubman at Mini of Ann Arbor. The dealership is a pleasure to do business with. The facilities are clean and customer-friendly. A Keurig coffee maker, a popcorn machine, and two desktop computers with Internet access are pleasant offerings during reasonable waiting times. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great selection of MINIS with many price ranges. Gave me a fair price for my trade in and worked with us to get us a price we could work with for the newer MINI I got. Kristen was very helpful and sweet. She’s super patient and ready to answer questions. I will definitely be back for my next MINI. Hopefully this MINI won’t give me as many problems as my last. I love my new car.
