CJ was one of the best salespeople I have ever dealt with. Actually made buying the car fun and very pleasant. Everyone at the dealership including Jason and even the detailer went out of their way to make buying a car an awesome experience.
We recently went to this MINI dealership because we were interested in a 2016 Ford Explorer they had (irony, no?). The staff were all accommodating and friendly. And most importantly, none of them gave off a 'sales-y' vibe that we had experienced at a couple other dealerships. CJ was great and responded to my many calls, emails and texts in a timely manner as did her manager Jason. They responded positively to my requests and delivered the. vehicle quickly. They were friendly, honest and fair.
We have made several visits here for routine maintenance, but last week I had some more serious work done. It required leaving the car over Thanksgiving. Joe Twist looked all over for a loaner Mini, but none was available. Instead he suggested I rent from Hertz next door and be reimbursed, which we did. Joe provided a detailed estimate for the work, "the worst case scenario," he said. Fortunately, the repair did not require all that and the bill was considerably lower.
