We recently went to this MINI dealership because we were interested in a 2016 Ford Explorer they had (irony, no?). The staff were all accommodating and friendly. And most importantly, none of them gave off a 'sales-y' vibe that we had experienced at a couple other dealerships. We have made several visits here for routine maintenance, but last week I had some more serious work done. It required leaving the car over Thanksgiving. Joe Twist looked all over for a loaner Mini, but none was available. Instead he suggested I rent from Hertz next door and be reimbursed, which we did. Joe provided a detailed estimate for the work, "the worst case scenario," he said. Fortunately, the repair did not require all that and the bill was considerably lower.
