CJ is over the top. This is our second mini we purchased in the last 6 months. She not only has great customer service but extensive product knowledge. She was very respectful of my needs as a customer and what options I wanted in a vehicle! She was a pleasure to deal with!

Our sales representative is patient and has great responsibility. He help us filter out model we need, show us corresponding prices to let us choose, and then give us test driving. Eventually, he help us cut down price. Since working in the morning, we have to sign the agreement at the time near store closing. He still patiently help us finish all steps and answer our question. We drove over two hours several times to check out a car. The staff worked hard to accommodate our schedule and make sure the car was ready for us as soon as we arrived. All our questions were answered in a low pressure environment. We’ll drive back for our next mini!
