"Prompt, friendly, thorough, professional, helpful" Michele was excellent, friendly, and efficient in handling my car’s servicing the other day. I was very pleased with everything, both the work done and the customer service.
"Tire Emergency" I had an emergency this past weekend where I suddenly heard a wobbling Sound. When I pulled over I saw a small bump in one of the tires. I called Mini of the Mainline and they sidnt hesitate to tell me to bring my car in. Michelle kept me updated while I waited and they even took care of some Maintenance that was due. It was an excellent experience.
"Excellent customer service" Everyone I came in contact with during my car service was knowledgeable, professional, and service oriented. I have gone to other Mini dealers and this by far was the best. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

"Car repair" I worked with Michele! She is Super friendly and very helpful. GREAT customer service and accommodated me with a loaner car as my car was getting repaired. Highly recommend this place if you need anything! Tha is a bunch Michele!!!

"Great work by Mini Of The Main Line" When my 2010 convertible Mini went in for service at Mini of the Main line they stood behind prior repairs that needed attention. Service coordinator Michele Holwood was great as a customer advocate and made the whole job go quickly and smoothly. Whatever pain I suffered not having my convertible was easily overcome with a beautiful countryman hybrid S she gave me as a loaner. Very cool car with lots of pep.
