At a first glance, the dealership is clean and sharp looking without over the top narcissistic and disconnected typical New car dealerships. After entering the showroom, we were greeted by Mark O’neill, absolutely no pressure or coaxing of any kind. He is down to earth, very knowledgeable, none abrasive. We talked to several dealers in the area and by far Mainline was the best. The other dealers we talked to were not willing to negotiate on the price. We save almost $1250 on the Mini we bought. I would highly reccomend the dealer and our salesman John.
Mini Main line is a good Mini dealer. Their good customer service is definitely notable once you walk into the dealer. As far as the parts department, thanks for lending an ear and for giving advise. Kudos to Mini main line for having an awesome staff.
I've had many encounters with the service and parts department of Mini on the Mainline. The environment of the shop is always very welcoming and helpful. Everyone seems to have a passion for cars and especially Mini's. The service department never ceases to amaze me whenever i go in. I have noticed a marked improvement in service at MML since I started having my 2003 serviced after I bought it. They have goine out of their way to help me with some extensive (did I say expensive) service that I needed at the 65M marker. I must say that I am happy I spent the money because with new suspension bushings and brakes along with an errant brake vacuum assist my 2003 is better than new. Really! they gave me a new MINI as a loaner... and it's better than the 2010. I didn't realize how much I needed the work done.
The staff was fantastic, they were very nice and full of information regarding the vehicles my husband and I were interested in. They knew everything about these cars and were very informative. We bought two cars from them, a mini countryman and clubman and we love these cars!!!
I have always received excellent service from these two men and I will always be a mini customer as a result. I also encourage all of my friends to go to these guys!
