Bad service Since the first time I contacted the dealership I experienced bad service. I made an online appointment to have my car picked up for service. The person assigned to me called me to work “to verify the address” because he said he needed it after I had entered all the information online. I couldn’t answer the phone because I was at work, so they never came to pick up my car. I had to drive it to the dealership. The service advisor was not very communicative. service promotions They asked me for my information, I explained what type of service promotion I wanted to use and they told me that it was fine, that when I arrived I would show it to the person who attended me, and said that this promotion does not apply to my car, and that it would be more than double if you wanted to. why? since you make an appointment they tell you that my vehicle does not apply so as not to waste my time.

BMW put my entire family's life in danger This has been the worse experience we have ever had buying a car. We bought a pre-owned Mercedes GLK 350 2013. I want to start by saying that the salesman Jesus was very rude to my wife, even on the day we went to sign the papers Jesus didn't offer a chair for her to sit on. Worst service ever!! Had the worse experience with the finance manager of this dealership. All they want is your money and not even interested in helping you out to benefit the customer. I definitely do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership plus it’s not even a one stop shop that takes all day, they make you go back and forth a thousand times to finish the whole process and waste your time without even apologizing for it.

Promises they cant keep Sales men seem to promise you things for you to sign agreement. Do not buy there. I bought used truck needed battery and I made him added on contract battery replace and sales men assure me he will even go and pick me up if battery died. Well sure did I called him he said SORRY IM ON VACATION TILL NEXT WEEK. I finally had a chance to go then I talked to sales manager and same thing he assure me a battery replacement and he said I’ll call you tomorrow well a week after he hasn’t call me back and as of ... read more

Coding couldn’t fix my cars issue still charged me full amount waited nine hours at the dealership, worst customer service i have ever received quite unbelievable that the service department operates this way.

Charge for repair that they didn’t fix Went to get my transmission on my x3 programmed , they couldn’t complete task. Charged me anyway , do you think this is fair? I don’t, just my opinion

My car was in good condition for the service and o Very unhappy with the service technician and could fix the problem he did on my car service advisor was trying to sell me service for a screw up on my car
