Recall My vehicle had a couple of recalls. I took it to bmw of el paso i was treated like they were doing me a favor. I guees the good service is only when you buy a new vehicle. By the way the front bumper of my vehicle was damage.

Worst service ever! Rip offs... Took car in for service, they offer sanitized and washed car after service due to covid but we get there pay 1k for a so called diagnostic fee and parts and labor. No customer service, when I got there, Chris was unwelcoming. I had to ask to get car washed as advertised and more importantly sanitized. AMD sont let me tell u about the rest just dont go here to service ur vehicles. Bad customer service and way over priced.

Horrible used car manager Swenson The manager, Swenson, made it very difficult to finalize purchase. He changed price of car once i decided to buy. Then, after giving my deposit he threatened to keep it or take it because I was out of town and cd not travel back immediately due to Corona virus cancellations. I got someone to go pay the rest with a power of attorney to sign for me and get car titled to me. But the arrogant manager forced him to title it in his name, causing me to now have to incur double taxes for title work.... read more

Not a happy customer this time. Usually service is good but this time it was very disappointing. Brought the car in for spark plugs replacement a couple of days ago. The tech didn’t place them properly and on my way back home it startled right in the middle of the highway. Had to return it back and got a loaner till they got the plugs (that got burned from that incident) replaced again. Hopefully their techs learned the lesson this time to avoid problems like that in the future.

Just horrible We brought our BMW X2 to get its scheduled service over notification from BMW El Paso and to get a recall taken care of; NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 18V465000, Crankshaft Sensor Firmware may Cause Stall. The email we got from the dealership offered a loaner, and of course we were told none were available. The dealership then offered a rental in which we had to wait 20 mins just to get picked up by the rental business. Didn’t need tires I took my BMW lease in for service with 29.000 miles on it. I was told I needed an alignment but they came back and said that the rear tires were worn. I said that I was turning in the car in 6 months so just go ahead do alignment only for 189.00. When I went to check out the bill was over 600.00 because they had put 2 new tires on the rear. Service only Was told my vehicle would be ready by 11:30 but wasn’t able to pickup until 3:30 pm. Received call that tech had left tools and had left in car. Came by home to pick up

Worst experience ever,,, !!!!! As a bmw owner and fanatic for 19 yrs, lived in 3 other cities and used Bmw facilities, I must say this is my worst experience ever.. very poor customer service, took my vehicle in for a recall with an appointment, didn’t get call back or updates for 1.5 weeks ,, called multiple times chasing around the the service advisor,, all I was asking for is the updates ,, they didn’t even get to vehicle until day 8 or 9, Service adviser named karina/korina, very rude and defensive when called.
