Could not even see the car I made an appointment to test drive the car. When I got to the dealer the car was already sold.

Worthless Dealership. Service is STILL horrible after 4years later... I had an appointment at 11:00 I got there early at 9:45 I didn't leave from BMW at 5:45 in the evening. I was hoping that the service had change but I was wrong. and As for Samantha Kirtley she is isn't people friendly. She would stay in her office, Doesn't comfort her customers! that is all....

waste of time The car listed - 91 Honda Civic was on Cars.com, and was not even for sale. tried for 5 days to get information. the car went to auction, and they wanted to sell me a BMW...
Very Disappointed with my purchased of a used X5 I bought a used X5 2011 in appeared to be in great conditions. It had two different brands of tires, no mats were included. When I mention this to the dealership they were not able to help me. It was very disappointing that a BMW had different brand of tires, I was not expecting new mats but the used ones. check everything and get it in writing i purchased a used car from BMW no problems there I couldn't check the battery that was located under tire well so on the third day i found myself stranded which cost me a set back.
