Ash was ready, willing and able to make sure I found the perfect Mini. While I knew more or less what I needed after a lot of research, he was very attentive to be sure that I thought through all the options. He was swift, efficient and straight forward. I am sure I made the right decision and it was an absolute pleasure to work with him.

I just bought my first car at South Bay Mini and worked with Tyler Lappen. We worked mostly online which was great since I have a very consuming job and I also live in Santa Barbara. Tyler helped me find the perfect car and we did most of our communication online, so all I had to do was show up and purchase! TYLER LAPPEN MADE IT SIMPLE: Just bought a cute little MINI convertible and had a great experience with my Motoring Advisor, Tyler Lappen. There were no hassles just friendly customer service. after the deal was complete, Tyler did not disappear but spent a lot of time helping me understand how to make everything technical work on the car! I now have my own MINI me!

Ok, so there are car salesmen and then there are mini salesmen and then there is Tyler Lappen at South Bay Mini. Tyler made the purchase of my 2013 Hardtop so easy and pleasant, never thought I would say those words about a car salesman or motoring advisor which I think they prefer to be called :). South Bay MINI made my car buying experience easy and pressure free. All of the salespeople were busy when I first arrived, so the manager, O'Dell, started the process off with me until there was another available person who could help me.
