This was the BEST experience at a dealer that we have EVER had. We have purchased over 20 cars from other dealers and this has by far been the best. Everyone welcomed us. No one was pushy. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. We would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a car. We live 40 miles away and the drive was well worth it.

One of the coolest dealerships I have ever visited. Everyone was super friendly. Spoke with Timmy Yang. He is more of a friend than just a sales person. He is very knowledgable about cars especially in BMW and MINI. My gf asked a billion questions about different packages and color combinations, and Timmy was able to answer them professionally and patiently. I highly recommend going to SouthBay MINI and Timmy.

Recently, I bought a new Mini Coupe from South Bay BMW & Mini. First impression of the dealer was "wow it's so clean!" As I called Grace, She came out to greet us from the entrance of the dealer. She was very hard working person, very very polite, and very nice!!!!!! Grace helped us from A to Z, finding a car, paperworks, explaination of the car, option, insurance things, etc. signing the paper works. everything very passionate. Timmy was INCREDIBLE! I went in to get my first MINI and Timmy made the whole overall experience very easy and simple! The moment I walked into the office, I was greatly by a very nice gentlemen who then brought me over to Timmy. Timmy knew exactly what I wanted and was able to show me the car I wanted. Timmy and Isaac were great at helping me through the process of buying my first car. They were very knowledgeable and did not intimidate me at all.
