Stopped at Tom Bush BMW on our drive back to Canada. We had a cracked rim and had to overnight in Jacksonville. Dealership took us right in but had to wait until the next day to get the part. The parts director, Alan Rudolph, picked up the the rim on his way home to help speed things up- Wow- and the service advisor, Nina Chernyshev, went out of her way to get us safely back on the road. Thanks again. What a great team !
