Had to bring my X1 back to BMW service due to some scratches that happened on last visit! When I pulled up, Michael the guy who greets customer was so friendly and said some were scratches and some dirt! He said he would personally take care of it and he did! What a great person! Beth my service advisor was amazing! She kept me calm cause I am obsessed with my X1 and she was so patience in hearing my concerns! I have had issues with service in the past but now Beth is just incredible!! Thank you Beth and Michael!
Taylor was very helpful in getting apt scheduled. Rich barry great as usual. They have the best cookies as well. Car looked like a new car when i got it back
Luis Cruz was great. Very efficient and knowledgeable about all the BMW’s. Had everything ready for me promised, worked late at night to get it ready - highly recommend him and Tom Bush. Great staff - met a lot of them.
All worked very well. Service advisor was attentive and very helpful. Any issues were taken care of. Only issue I have is that you allow cell phones in the waiting area. Nothing more disturbing than sitting there for a couple of hours and listening to a bunch of idiots talk on the cell phones.
Patel did an outstanding job. I highly recommend Tom Bush BMW. The showroom is very consumer friendly. They have an extensive inventory ,so no nee to shop elsewhere.
The staff at Tom Bush has always met or exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to John Banar and Steve K. Rob and Shiela have always been very helpful also.
Took two cars in for service today. They were running behind but still managed to get us in and out in a reasonable time. Plus the blueberry muffins were really good!
So professional, however , so inviting. Salesman very personable, accommodating, professional. Dealership so inviting and professional. Welcoming and no pressure. Listened to what we needed. Will recommend to everyone!!!
Service was Fast and efficient. Greeted warmly and waited for my car. Wait area was comfortable and before I knew it the car was done.
