I took my 2011 328i in for a new battery. I wasn't there long before I had a loaner and was on my way. They called about 5 hours later, letting me know the car was finished. No additional costs, no surprises. Steve Kounoupas was great! I've had issues other times here, but this one worked out great. My issues were not necessarily with the dealership or people, but with BMW and their maintenance policies: changing filters just because of "time", not use, things like that. This trip was very easy. Thanks.

When scheduled the dealer took me in immediately when I got there. The dealer Rep. was very knowledgeable and discussed other models I was interested in. They completed all the work and wash the car in just over an hour. Great service.
