Clearly one of the best experiences in car purchasing ever. Salesman (client advisor) was very informed, honest, responsive, and not, in any way, trying to 'hard sell' the car. They found the car we wanted at a dealership 7 hours a way, transported it and had it for us on the day promised. The financing session with the 'money guy' was the most expedient and reasonable ever experienced. I only had to wait about 30 minutes to get my car serviced. The waiting room is large and comfortable and snacks and beverages are provided.
Are sales person (Luis Cruz) was awesome, he knew his product, very knowledgeable and very customer friendly, outgoing, made the customer experience worth sharing. I would recommend Mr. Cruz to all my family and friends I wish all sales persons would take a class from Mr. Cruz on how to talk with a customer. Great Salesmen.
I need a oil change and for the first time I receive an excellent customer service that words cannot describe. I was very satisfied with Jennifer Franke. I also need to connect my ph to my car and before I got my Car Jennifer talked to Don Newell and problem solve.
