Excellant Maintenance/Service I needed some engine service/repair on my 2013 Mini Cooper S. They did a good job addressing the problem. Prompt, friendly, clean place with folks who know what to do.
Great experience! I absolutely dread the car-buying experience, but James Norrell and the staff at MINI of The Woodlands did an excellent job of making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire experience. I never felt any pressure, and the team did an excellent job of LISTENING to what I was in search for in regards to the right vehicle at the right price and monthly payment, especially to someone like me on a tight budget. Great buying experience! Very pleasant buying experience! Just took delivery of our new Morris Mini. Love the car! Giving a shout out to Brian Lowden, our salesman. Brian was fantastic! Mini of the Woodlands Sales Experience The process of purchasing our new 2017 Mini Countryman at this dealership was extremely efficient from a customer perspective. This frankly was a bit of a surprise given my past experience in purchasing a car. I think without a doubt the single most important factor in making this a pleasant experience was our salesman, Brian Lowden. He was courteous and answered all questions. He displayed empathy and his product knowledge was commendable.

Great experience, joined the Mini family Great experience. Walked in with one car in mind, it was unfortunately sold, but Brian did great job of showing current inventory, discussing the options, and acting in best interest of the customer. Great overall experience. Purchasing the Mini Cooper was easily the best car buying experience I've ever had. The ease and straightforwardness of the purchase by far is a no brainer and I will be back to buy the next one. Brian, is a straight shooter and made the process so easy.
