Great Customer Service Went to purchase a new Mini Cooper and the service was great! The finance manager however we felt very rushed with signing the contract/deal and he seemed to get us out the way. The sales rep Joey was amazing!

Smooth Sailin'! Had a vehicle already picked out through internet searches so I dialed up Mini ot Ws and got Brian on the line. He said the car was on hand and would have it ready for my visit. That was the hard part! Picking up the phone! All easy from there. The car was sweet, as advertised and the buying process was smooth and easy. Thanks to Brian and the team at Mini of the Woodlands!
Great experience This was my first time buying a car and Brian made it as easy as possible and took great care with telling me everything I needed to know, not only about my car but about the car buying process. Best Car Buying Experience in 30 Years! Great customer service! I bought my Mini Cooper at Mini of the Woodlands from James Norrell. I was nervous that if I went to a dealer they would try to talk me into something. What happened was the complete opposite. My advisor James listen to what I was looking for, didn't try to talk me into anything, and genuinely cared about the whole process.
