Fantastic Dealership Experience Multiple bad experiences with Momentum service led me to MotW's doorstep for service. My service advisor (Audrey) was kind, quick and careful to address my needs... though, in the end the charges quickly added up to more than I was willing to invest in my 60k+ mile 2011 S hardtop (no fault of the dealership... Great buying experience This was the first time I bought a new car and I have to say that the experience was very good. The car is awesome and the help I got from Daniela in this process was also great. I recommend this to anyone that is looking for a new car.
Absolute Disgrace I can?t even start to stress how horrific this experience has been. I purchase my truck 12/29/21 it wasn?t 12hours LITERALLY before it had issues, check engine lights and starting failures?..the dealership had the truck back by the 3rd day and took 10 days to get it back to me, and once I finally got it back after being lied too repeatedly with an hour here 20 min there for 10 days, and truck still had issues. Headache selling them my car Sold them a vehicle 31 days ago, they mailed the payoff to the wrong bank. They refuse to mail a new check to the correct bank until the funds are received back from the wrong bank. Suggesting to me that I should make another payment so it doesn’t hurt my credit. All of which is not my fault, yet they want me to jump through hoops because of their mistake.
Avoid this dealership I hate this place. I bought my new Mini on 5/3/21 and have regretted buying it from them since then. It took them 30 days to pay off my trade-in, which intern resulted in me having to make a payment on that car or have a go against my credit. At the time of purchase, we requested the extended warranties to be taken off the paperwork and we were told by the finance manager that BMW would not allow him to take it off but not to worry that we could cancel it later and be reimbursed. 2021 mini Overall I would not buy here again. The car I got had been a loaner and even though I asked about smokers using the car the reply was no it was not. Yet a few days later once the fragrance wore off it smelled badly of smoke it took me a few treatments and day of open windows to improve it. Not impressed at all. During this process, I was not updated one time by my service advisor. The repairs took over a week and a loner was not offered, instead I had to call and ask.
Oil change Oil change and 15 point inspection of which tire pressure was one of the points. Got home and all 4 tires had less than 30 PSI and one was less than 20 PSI.
