Servoice Visit at Mini - The Woodlands I can start with why I didn't purchase a car here - I stopped to look at Minis in the parking lot and on the showroom floor, NO ONE greeted me, no one ever came to talk with me at all actually. Deceptive service department replies This is a reply to a previous review I left since there is no way for me to go back and edit my review or reply to the dealer's response. MINI of the Woodlands replied to my one star review urging me to contact their general manager. I have now tried three times to do just that; the first two never got me even to voicemail or where I could leave a message, they redirected me to a sales manager. Horrible service Terrible service department. Take in a car bought at that dealer, under factory warranty, then you have to call the service manager repeatedly (because he will not return your call) and finally file a complaint with corporate customer relations to get someone to call you, and to get an item fixed under warranty that is specifically listed as covered in your warranty paperwork. $3000 repair left us broken down on the freeway. TERRIBLE. My car Broke down in the freeway and had to be towed towed to the dealership last Thursday. They replaced the computer ($3,000) and said the car was running. Overestimate of leaking Oil Filter Housing Gasket Took my Mini to Mini of the Woodlands due to leaking radiator fluid. They diagnosed the problem as needing to replace the Oil Filter Housing for over $3,000. Had anther repair shop replace the gasket for less than 1/3 the price. Very dissapointed
Autonation is too big too care I’ve made 3 purchases from an Autonation dealership in the past 4 years. The first 3 were quite good, the last two experiences have me thinking something has changed with how these dealerships are operated. In the most recent case, there’s quite a bit of arrogance coming from this dealership. Mini Countryman Warranty Service - Meh Had a heat sensor replaced in my wife's Countryman that was causing the cooling fan to run and drain the battery, under warranty. As well, the mobile phone connection to blue tooth did not seem to work. Made an appointment for 4 days after I called them so we could make sure to get a loaner - and good I did. Customer Service at Mini of the Woodlands In October, I purchased a used car from Mini of the Woodlands. The car purchased was a brand new listing and I had it pulled the day of the listing. When we contacted the dealership, the salesperson said that he would pull the car and wait for me. I had been approved by my Credit Union and just needed to inspect the car.
