TERRIBLE, SHAMELESS terrible pretty much all the way around. came in for a service to my intake - it had carbon buildup so i asked for the "walnut treatment." They first tried to get me to buy additional services (pretty standard shady stuff for dealerships) then they didn't even begin work on my car for 3 or 4 days. I wouldn't be so mad if they hadn't told me that it only takes "3 or 4 hours to complete" on Friday. So how long did they have my car? TWO WEEKS.
