Go to LONG BEACH BMW, Great service ( Scott Zamorano ) the mechanics on the shop are top of the line, i’ve visited the dealer a couple of times, i have no complaint about anything, not even the price, ( sometimes you take your car to “cheap” shops,) but i found out that most of the time it is way more cheaper to take the car to Long Beach BMW, i end up paying way more when i take my car to places where they practice mechanics with it, don’t take the risk, go for the ... read more

Controller They always make me wait a long time for a shuttle back to work. This last time I just walked back to work. I passed 2 porters and the transport van and no one said anything. They wanted me to wait 20 minutes...which means 30 min. The service advisors are nice but it takes forever. I also had one of my phone charger/cigarette lighter not work. They just moved the good fuse with the bad one. The one outlet that was working, now doesn't.
