Great Service The team, Jenny, Ben and Rafik were great to work with. Jenny was so gracious and bought lunch for my wife and I. I will probably purchase all future BMWs from Long Beach BMW.

BMW of LB service All personnel were professional and courteous. From the initial contact of the check in , Advisor James and the mechanic Mike it was enjoyable. I was approached on a regular basis to ensure my needs were taken care of. There are not many established companies with this type quality customer service.

Great from start to finish! I built the car I wanted online, then because we live in an instant gratification world, I did a search on Cars.com and CarGurus...I found 5 cars west of the Mississippi. I sent a very specific email to each dealer. 3 responded in Minutes, Reza at Long Beach BMW was one. He was very nice but he wanted the business...made it easy, was very professional and very nice, no old skool car salesman here. They even delivered the car to my office. Signed a few documents...DONE. Nice work and awesome ride.
