amazing! Jennie is absolutely wonderful! I had talked to her the night before and when I go there this morning she had both cars ready that I wanted to test drive. When I decided which one I wanted to purchase she walked me through a few things and had me financed with a great deal in record timing. Usually car buying is an all day process, but not here I was in and out in 3 hours! Thanks y’all for helping me with my new car!
Excellent Customer Service! Jennie Vuong & Steven Alfaro were patient, supportive and helpful. They delivered outstanding customer-service (especially Jennie; she was particularly attentive and responsive, even following-up with me after the sale to ensure I was happy with my new car). The purchase process was lengthy, but Jennie and Steven helped make it tolerable.
