Long Beach BMW- Service quality From check it to check out my service experience at Long Beach BMW was first rate. They effectively addressed the issues I highlighted. The Service Advisor provided status updates on the repair schedule so I could manage my calendar. Their vehicle inspection identified an issue or two we could address while my vehicle was in their shop.
Over The Top Just recently moved, and I have avoided try eating this dealership. So sorry that I waited so long, as I have had three recent experiences with the service department, and the courtesy professionalism and quality of work have been over-the-top. Zachary is my service advisor and I could not be more pleased with his efforts and ability to take care of my specific needs in each situation .
