Great Service! Customer Focused! I did not call to set an appointment and came in almost to closing time, but they still accommodated me for my maintenance scheduled service and oil change. The service coordinator polite and helpful.

Excellent service and great deal Art and Usama were great to work with and gave us a great deal. Art went out of his way to make certain we had both keys, as one was originally missing, I expected to be treated with the traditional used car treatment asking me to buy a $300 second key, but Art was all over it and shipped it out. Then on top of that, the rear security screen cover on the X5 was missing and we didn't notice until we came home. Art expeditiously shipped it out to us and it it perfect. Long Beach BMW service The service was excellent. Everyone was so nice. The shuttle driver even picked me up from the mall when my car was done.

Repair on my BMW Great service and great hospitality. Bryan took care of my visit. Please make sure the ladies who schedule understand that if you have the dent and ding service they need to set up for them to come in. I don't think they knew that.

X5 Brake Repair Service Tom Miller took really good care of my service request. Very personable and has excellent communications skills. I did not wait for my vehicle to be serviced, but Tom kept me updated on the progress.
