The Best BMW Service Place I would not go to any other BMW location but BMW Long Beach. This location has the best service and staff. They always treat me with respect. I can always get a loaner vehicle if I reserve one. They never take me through any unnecessary loops. I have had a GREAT experience with them and the service that they provide. They keep you updated via text messages. They have long hours so I do not have to take off from work.

Don't have one It was great and on time. I am happy ! Tom Miller even arranged a pick up when completed. However going upstairs in the back-office, was like going into Fort Knox! Insane !!! Before Sonic, there was an open door policy at Long Beach BMW & Mini. It worked fine and we were saving lots of management's time.
