Always a pleasure While McKenna BMW is closer to me than Long Beach BMW, I specifically go out of my way to go there because the customer service is MUCH better than that of McKenna. Long Beach BMW review I just had my car in for service and new tires last week and again, another great experience. Long Beach BMW service center is excellent. I've had my car in there a couple times and have high confidence in their service abilities. They have taken care of my car's issues promptly and kept me informed as to the status of my repairs. Replace front tire.............. who every checked the tire pressure did not take time to check the reading.They put 41 in each front and 42 in the rear
