Awesome Dealership! I was shopping online at cars.com and I cam across a pre-owned 335i that I was interested in. I called in and spoke with Erica who was very helpful. Excellent service I ordered a 2011 550i through their internet service for a lease and worked with Robbie Montinola. Robbie was great to work with from getting quotes to getting the car ordered and delivered; he kept me informed throughout the process. To top it off he delivered the car to me in San Diego. Horrid sales deprtment I bought a > $70'000 car a few weeks ago, X3 M40i. Since I walked into the dealership with Birkenstock, cargo pants, and only a t-shirt, I got immediately profiled by those xxxxxxxx running around in their fake Gucci and LV belts. Poor introduction to service department I bought my used 2017 BMW from Long Beach BMW on 4/1/2021. I knew it was due for service in May (because the dashboard told me so). I called to make an appointment and was told it should take about 2 hours. When I dropped it off, I was told again to expect 2 hours, so I decided to wait rather than have someone pick me up. Owner I start by seeing Manny at the service was great, the quality of the repair was great, the customer service at loner was disrespectful and rude, I don?t know what happened to this dealership but since the management change everything went down the drain, I will never ever return to this dealership .. and honestly it?s no surprise why they are so slow ..
