Terrible service I took my car for repairs last week, Tuesday they called me and assured me all issues with it were taken care of, however my car started to have the same problems it had! They did no repair anything! But charged me over $1,000.00 very dishonest, tomorrow I?m calling to see what they say and will update on what happened.....

2021 Countryman S Signature Trim This all started when my original dealer wanted me to come in and "see what they could do". My lease was ending soon and they were hounding me to come in and end my current lease early and start a new one with them. Over charged My car was still under lease warranty and I was charged for the brake fluid service.

Charged 2x and nobody is willing to help Its been two weeks now and nobody is taking care of my issue,i have been transferred to a person who doesnt answer the phone they charged me 2x on my service, its been really frustrating, i have 3 bmw and I will never go back here
Recall Repair Not Fixed Brought my 2008 328i in for repair of 2 open recalls. The PCV Valve, and the Blower Motor and I made sure before I took it in there were no leaks of oil I even changed my oil and put Brand new oil cap and o rings so there would be no issue to be fixed except the recalls. But when I got there I seen I had a flat tire.
