"Customer Satisfaction is Job 1" This is our third lease with MINI of Allentown. Seems each time we return, the process gets easier ( iPads replaced much of the paperwork, MINI events with benefits, top notch customer service). "Friendly team, Fun new MINI!" Everyone made my transition into a new lease so EASY! As a previous MINI owner and lover it was so great to have someone like Lauren who is so friendly and shares my enthusiasm for the brand. She and Keith made the "paperwork" part of the process simple and quick so I could focus on the FUN of taking home my beautiful new MINI.
""Always helpful"" Had my wife's Mini in for inspection, emission's and service. Robin is always helpful and takes the time to explain all work that was done to the vehicle.
"Emergency service for traveler" Thank you soooo much for staying past services hours to take care of our blown tire as we were towed in from over an hour away. You made it possible for my family of four to make it home from our vacation travels when we were feeling a bit hopeless. You guys were great!
"Service excellence this time " 2019 Countryman just in for 24,000 mile check and inspection. Robin did great explaining what was due, upgrades to computer,etc. I always struggle with technology upgrades.... luckily Matt and Robin cane to my rescue and reset everything just the way I like it. Thank you!!!!

"Very good experience" I have been to this dealer many times over the past few years. My MINI has over 150,000 miles on it and they have probably replaced everything under the sun that has worn out! They have ALWAYS treated me with such kindness and respect- gone out of there way to accommodate me when needed. Robin and Luis are both wonderful. BOTH very much an asset to this dealership!! Wouldn't want to deal with anyone else!!

"It was very good experience " I was taken care of quickly & wait time for completion of job was in a fair amount of time. Service man was very pleasant & helpful. Waiting area is comfortable. Overall everything was great.
